Chef Fei went to Japan to study at the age of 18.
He has a passion and love for Japanese cuisine and had worked in many sushi restaurants in Japan.
In 2008, he decided to settle in Hong Kong, and has then worked in many renowned Japanese restaurants, including The Yuu, The Mon, and Gonpachi.
